Synopsis

The biographical drama film and series Saint Paisios: From Farasa to Heaven traces the life of Saint Paisios the Athonite (1924–1994) from his childhood in Cappadocia and displacement as a refugee, through his military service, and up to his profound spiritual awakening and entry into Orthodox monasticism on Mount Athos.
